Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after you received your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak seasons or due to carrier-related delays, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Dexorar currently only supports shipping to the US region; other regions will need to wait until it opens. And the US estimated delivery time is about:
5–10 business days.
Stock availability and fulfillment location may vary depending on product type and regional demand. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs
United States
- Free shipping on all machines.
Please contact support@dexorar.com before placing your order to confirm delivery availability to unlisted destinations.
4. Duties & Taxes
Eligible international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable duties and import taxes are included in the final purchase price.
In the unlikely event that customs authorities or the carrier request additional charges upon delivery, please contact our customer service team before making any payment so we can assist you.
5. Shipping Destinations & Address Restrictions
We currently ship to customers in:
- United States
We are unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/BFPO addresses
Please ensure your residential shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you need to modify your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
6. Carriers & Delivery Responsibility
We ship via major carriers including UPS, USPS, and DHL and others.
All shipments are insured until delivery confirmation.
If you authorize the carrier to leave your package unattended (e.g., at your front door), insurance coverage may no longer apply. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

8. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product condition.
- Refuse delivery if possible.
- Contact support@dexorar.com immediately with your order number and photos.
We will review the case and provide a resolution promptly.
